Question & Answer

1) Q:How Did You Get Into the Detailing Industry?

I've always been passionate about the automotive industry--cars, trucks, offroad, and once I worked in a dealership for the first time I realized I could use my passion and make something of myself. Working on customers cars, doing paint correction, details all laid the foundation for what you see today.

2) Q:What Led You to Pursue Entrepreneurship?

I've had numerous different jobs in my young age, for a number of different types of business owners. Some good, some bad. Both give you valuable lessons to learn from that formed the mindset I had when thinking about what the next step was for me. One passion led to another and kickstarted my drive into entrepreneurship.

3) Q:What Does Quality Detailing Mean to You?

Quality detailing can be a number of things for a number of people, and that's the beauty of the craft. For some, it might be what makes you fall in love with being in your car again, for others it's maintaining your investment, or maintaining other people's passions. No matter what the reason, it's having the privilege of meeting people's needs at a high level. There is nothing like hearing "Looks better than the day I bought it!", after a detail that assures us that our quality standards our met.

4) Q:What's Your Favorite Part of the Job?

My favorite part of the job is seeing the results unfold before my eyes. Before and after's if you will. Taking the dirty and seeing how clean it can really become. Doing that scratch removal and watching it disappear, could not be more satisfying. And when customer notice and appreciate the level of detail and care we put into the service, it's the most rewarding feeling for me, as a detailer and business owner. That's what really keeps me going, even when times might be tough. If I know some customers out there appreciate us, that makes it all the more worth it.

5) Q:If Someone Has Never Had Their Vehicle Professionally Detailed, How Would You Market Your Services to Them?

Our services are mostly dependent on our clients' specific needs, meaning the way I market to each customer is different. If someone needs a carpet extraction, I'm not going to try and sell them an exterior wash. Needs = Results that you feel confident in. And for those who've never gotten a detail, I personally walk them through the process, so they know they are getting only what they need, and nothing more. This shows each and every customer that we not only value them, but that they can value us.
